The address — because half the questions about your winter are answered by which side of a city line you are on. The driveway — roughly how many cars wide and long. Sidewalk frontage — how much public sidewalk runs along the property. Corner or not — the single biggest swing in a core-city quote.
Also worth mentioning if they apply: steps, a long walk to the front door, a second stall or parking pad, a gravel apron, or a private road.
Quote requests are answered the same day during the pre-season stretch from September through November. Once the season is running, a quote request and an active storm compete for the same phone, so a request sent during a snowfall may wait until the route is done.
