Seventies and eighties stock, front driveways. Eden Prairie is part of the 1970s and 1980s ring alongside Plymouth and Minnetonka. That era generally produced attached garages and front driveways rather than rear garages off an alley, so an operator is clearing one apron and a walk to the door — the $600 to $750 tier.
